"Worst “Royal foot treatment” ever. Room was bright and cold and the tech coughed through my whole treatment. Not relaxing at all. Also, the other appointment in the room was booked 30 minutes after mine, so then I had to listen to all of the talking with her. My pedicure was terrible. My nails are cut crooked and the polish is bumpy. I won’t be going back. The worst $140 that I have spent at a spa."
"It’s a nice salon and the facilities and service is great. However, it was difficult to get an appointment. Also the massage itself was mediocre which was disappointing. The salon was quite expensive as well."
"First time visitor to the spa and it will certainly not be my last. The staff are professional. The customer service and care given to customers is several steps above the rest - everything from the robe and socks, to the snacks, hot tea, iced tea and water, to the comfy seating area, to the actual service were wonderful. I had the signature facial, which was soothing, relaxing, and made my skin look and feel incredible. I'd go back for another ans try other spa services."
"Michelle is SO friendly and personable. Pretty much shared my life story and found a new friend! I love that, when a salon can make you feel so comfortable. Definitely my new spot for as long as I’m in the area and maybe even after! My color was great and she helped me so much with fixing my extensions up just the way I needed. I recommend this place to anyone!"
