He cut up all my cuticle and it was my birthday yesterday he didn’t clip my nails so you can see my nail under my nails. He got hair under my nail my sister had the same guy a long time ago and had the same experience I beg you not to come here they’re dirty they only want money and they don’t care about your experience"

"I have enjoyed going to Deluxe Nails for almost two years, 1-2 times a month for both hands and feet treatments. Daisy, Tom (relocated), and Sabrina are wonderful. I’ve brought my daughters, my, and most recently my cousins and sadly our latest experience will be my last. She was told her service would be $45. Upon conclusion she was charged $80. Manager said technician should have told her. Why would a customer think they have to ask two different people about the price of service. Even when asked to explain the difference, the technician (post receiving payment) cited nail length and addition of chrome added $25. Nail length was mid length (same as mine) and she didn’t say chrome that the tech insisted she have would be extra. She also didn’t have any pre-work as she came in with natural nails. The nail tech just kept repeating, “Have a great holiday,” after the manager came over behind her and said something to her in Korean. He did not acknowledge me during our discussion. I can’t justify future investment in this establishment when 1/ you don’t know which tech you will get (so quality of service will be variable-experience the + and - firsthand) and 2/ you don’t know what price you will actually pay until the end of service. It’s a shame lack of customer relationship management experience and short term $25 will cost so much more."

"This place deserves less than a 1 star for customer service, professionalism and talent/skills. The nail tech that did my pedicure did a horrible job. She was the more plump one with short hair and a more round face. It's like she made a point to berate me about picking a color quickly, thrn she barely massaged my legs at all, another time I let her know my stones were not hot and she shrugged her shoulders and did nothing about it then as she was painting she intentionally left out my right pinky toe. When I reminded her, she acted like she never noticed. If I wouldn't have said anything, she would have let me leave with 4 toes done only. Terrible service. I won't be back and I wont be recommending this place to anyone, ever."

"I decide to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday and was very disappointed with what I got. The gentleman that took care of me did everything in a hurry. I asked for the volcano and he left the scrub on my legs and feet for a minute and then rinsed it off. It was the quickest pedicure I had received in my life! When I asked to have my toe nails cut a bit shorter he was annoyed and said “I don’t know.” The nail polish was also laid on sooo thick! I’m not one to complain, but given that I spent $50 before tip, it was just very disappointing. This place has a high rating so I was looking forward to getting a nice pedicure, but the reality was harsh :( I won’t be coming back."

"I had a great experience here I had a pedicure the volcano. And a full set of nails. Daisy was my technician she is very professional and friendly. Her work station is amazing. I did have on con I asked for a certain design but was told that it was expensive and that something else would be cheaper. However I don’t recall asking anyone to count my pockets. I went back the next day because the design was a bit immature for my taste, and she did some squiggly lines which were better than the first design. My daughter got her nails done that time a French tip manicure, which turned out really nice. Overall I had a great experience. Daisy was lovely the next time I go I just want the designs that I asked for everything else was great."
