"I’ve been contemplating wanting to post a review or not because I had a love/ dislike relationship with this company. I had been going to them for hair color and styling including blow outs since I was in high school for events like prom and formal events. They always did a good job but a lot of the staff I used to go to left and I feel like the culture has changed drastically. This place is more about profit than customer care experience and it really shows. I had extensions done for the first time and I wasn’t fully educated about what to get and what to expect. The stylist I was working with was very knowledgeable and tried to work with me on pricing as it is very expensive. Because we decided to cut corners to make placement cheaper the outcome and quality still was not good for the price I paid. Pieces were falling out and my scalp was screaming. I know he was trying to help and it was no fault to him as he tried to fix the situation. I was more angry at the salon for not offering any discounts in the future or at least a partial refund. My extensions were supposed to last a month and they only lasted me 3 days after spending $600. As a customer we expect good results especially if we spend good money. If the outcomes and quality don’t meet certain expectations for the price I believe some compensation for subpar work is warranted. I’m sad to say but I will no longer be coming back to this salon as they value profit over customer service and customer experiences. If anyone has any other salon recommendations please let me know for future reference. Looking for a new place that cares about customer satisfaction and overall quality results."

"On Nov 11, I went to this salon for a full balayage color service. The color specialist assigned to me is not skillful and almost damaged my hairs. She colored my hair twice, spent 6 hours and still didn't achieve the result I expected. I rejected her offer to fix the problem the 3rd time to avoid further bleach the hairs. 1) I requested a full balayage, but she only colored my surface hair so my inner hairs are still black. 2) The 1st time, she used the wrong technique so the color was washed off my hair. Then she had to redo the 2nd time. 3) Color didn't not fully blend with my exiting color resulting me having 3 different colors on my hair. To be fair, she was nice the whole time and didn't charge me the full price in the end. However it didn't really compensate the issue and my poor experience with this salon."

"John is fantastic and the experience is always wonderful. You can feel his genuine love for his work and his clients from the moment he welcomes you. Not to mention he is truly gifted at hair and gives great personalized recommendations based on your face/body structure. The best experience I’ve ever had at a salon."

"I was referral to this place, because this time my stylist was too busy to correct my hair and I need it ASAP for a photo shoot I am doing in a few days. Anyways, I tried it and it was pretty interesting. The place is really nice and everyone was very nice and professional. Everyone there had their own speciality. I needed my hair lighter around my face... The new stylist used a technique from Paris called “Balayage”, (basically its highlights without the foil, but using plastic and the bleach is painted on). I loved it. It was different and the stylist said it will last longer (photos attached). Although it was a pleasant place, I still like my current stylist. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and may go back just because of the coupons they gave me for the next three visits. Prices: a bit high (but it made me realize the place I currently go to is around the same price or higher?!) Parking: the lot gets pretty busy. It is a very busy intersection, so leave early for your appointment."
