"Would give a 0 if i could. Couldn’t even make it through the door before being berated by a sales person. Was in just to browse at some dressers, the guy was forceful in us looking at speakers/electronics on the wall. We said we would look, and we did. But he was shouting from the front of the store telling us to look at them. Immediately turned around and walked out, i will shop somewhere else!"

"My husband and I attempted to purchase a Tempurpedic mattress in December 2021. The salesperson, Wayne, gave us the runaround about the delivery date and pushed it back 3 times. When the 3rd new delivery date arrived, the delivery person showed up with a free promotional TV that came with the mattress purchase, but it wasn’t even the TV we selected (and paid more to upgrade), so we refused delivery and ended up contacting ABC warehouse to cancel the whole order. No one even knew when they could get a mattress out to us, as these mattresses had been on back order for weeks. I guess the sales person didn’t care to tell us that as long as he got his commission. We ended up going to Gardner White and purchasing an even more expensive mattress, which was delivered the same day as purchase!! Unfortunately, it has recently come to our attention that, for some odd reason, we still owe a balance to ABC warehouse after we received no products and were continually lied to. If your hard earned money is important to you and you value honest sales people, I implore you to stay far away from this establishment!"
