"If you are looking for almost anything for your home from furniture to decor to soft goods, this is the place. Huge but good signage and a map in the cart helps. Didn't find the items I came to get but I was being a little picky. Did find a chair I had wanted to find for months and a few other items. This place can be hard on the pocket book. Much better than Home Goods."

"I ordered several items for delivery. The order was shopped moments after being placed. Several were discounted items shown as available actually were not. The only item actually in stock, of course, was the full price item. This misleading practice is unethical and I won't be supporting this store anymore. ** I hate it when stores try to sweep your concern away by telling you to contact them directly. The issue is rarely resolved, while allowing the store to appear attentive. Just do better."
"I had placed an online order for pickup. I called the store and asked for it to be extended. They put a note on it asking for it to not be put back. Somehow there was a mix up, and the order was no longer there when I came to pick it up. They helped recollect my order quickly, and let me use a coupon because I am a rewards member for the inconvenience. They were extremely apologetic and helpful. People make mistakes but it is how you correct them that matters and they did a great job. I appreciated how they took responsibility, apologized, and helped make it right. Great store with great staff."
