"Found this place online . I read a few poor reviews, but decided to give them a chance. We went in person with pictures of our islands and measurements to be skinned. The receptionist , Jennifer, was brand new as what she stated, and she doesn’t know everything. She went and got assistant with a possible designer to help us with what we needed to order based on the measurements/pictures. We ordered their recommendations, fast forward a week later, a carpenter that we found was able to install everything. We ended up not needing half of what they recommended. I filed a complaint on why I was recommended more material that I needed over $300. After calling three times, a supervisor (Rhonda) finally gave me a call back and insisted on what they sold us is what we needed. However, their designer failed to account for the extra measurements from the pieces that were sold and Rhonda implied that it was not their fault and would not accept any returns. Please stay away from this place. They will over sell you material you do not need, just so they can make the most profit and not care about the cost . Lesson learned and will never step a foot into EW kitchen and I don’t recommend you either unless you want to be sold material you don’t need. Also, they’ll tell you delivery is free or included, but then they deliver it to the warehouse and then they charge you for it later when they deliver it to your house. Very poor customer service as well. No follow up was given when my order arrived as well, until I called and sat there over a week."

"My experience with EW Kitchens could not have been better. I chose to work with a full service company to avoid all the pitfalls and delays so common with subcontracting a remodel on my own and I am so glad I did. Britta, the designer was wonderful to work with - always responsive, proactive, involved in every aspect of the remodel, and to her word on price estimates and timetable. All the contractors she advocated were the best. Vince and Dan in particular were extremely professional, their workmanship was excellent and with an attention to detail I did not expect. Not to mention they were kind and pleasant to work with. All in all this was the best option for us and I could not be more pleased with my new kitchen."
