"I am very pleased and impressed with my California Closets experience with the Wixom store. 20 years after the install of a pantry, my shelves collapsed. I noticed there was only one base support installed; the other vertical divider never had any support at the base of the divider. So I contacted CC and they agreed to rebuild my shelves if I’d cover the labor. I thought it was very fair. What I am also very impressed with is the teamwork that was displayed at every level. I talked to 4 different contacts and each one supported the others and they came thru with flying colors. It was a pleasure to deal with the team.
