"I stopped in at Banks Vacuum store in Plymouth today with my Miele canister, unable to get the HEPA filter out. Chris was very helpful getting the old filter out and installing a new one. He found a bent spring causing a misalignment between the bag and the hose, and dirt collecting in the canister outside the bag. He replaced the spring and cleaned up the inside. While there I inquired about the Miele Cordless Triflex rechargeable stick vac. His demo was top notch and his knowledge of the Miele product line very impressive! I am happy to report I now own two Miele vacs!! Thank you Chris!!"
