"This a horrible company, not only are they incompetent but they are thieves too. I urge not to deal with them and whatever you do, do not give them your credit card info. It took 2 technicians they sent an hour to isolate a refrigerant leak in my walk-in cooler. Both disappeared for 4 & 1/2 hours to get materials, and then they charged me for those 9 hours at $120 an hour. I already contacted the Attorney General office of consumer protection and if that fails I will take them to court."
"Buildon has serviced my equipment for coffee shops for years. At times they have diagnosed the problem and not even charged me. And when they do have to work on the equipment they are prompt and I feel like I get good value for the money I spend. Thank you for your great service!"
"Took our unit to them for a problem, they could not find it. Sent it back saying it was fine. Charged us $75. Took it back a few days later, they put us at the back of the line, gave us the runaround for 3 weeks and we just eventually picked it back up. Very unsatisfied. Stay away. Countless empty promises to call back that never happened. Very unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere especially if it is emergency or mission critical. Can not be trusted."
