"I come to this location very often to buy home improvement items I was appalled today when I bought a large area rug for my home after paying I proceeded to take it out to my vehicle to load and one of the employees walks up right behind me and says I’m sorry we’re closing and I need that cart so I stated to him I have to unload my things so as he stood there, hovering me I picked up this large area rug loaded it up by myself, and not even once did he ask if I needed any help. He was only concerned about getting the cart very un professional."
"This is specific to their paint dept., the older gentleman who works there is plain rude. Also he doesn’t really know how much paint to recommend and will upsell you. I need to paint a 1x6x12 plank and he made me buy a quart of paint. Now I have all this paint leftover and spent way too much money. Same thing happened a few weeks ago when I need to pain 1 bedroom wall. Sold me way too much paint. Get someone else to help when you go to this store..rest of the staff has always been great."
"Allie Robinson the manager is really a problem solver she was able to help me get the rest of my order that another store did not have in stock. And the other store wasn't able to complete the original order i paid for . But allie made sure i got what i paid for , And Jen hood from hardware went out of her way to get all 7 sets of door locks to be keyed alike as close as possible. Thank you for the great service"
