"TALK ABOUT SERVICE! I walked in needing a very specific bolt for my snowblower. I was prepared to be looking through trays of nuts for the next hour. Not so, here at Great Lakes Ace. Within 10 feet of entering, I was politely and genuinely asked by John, without any sense of pressure, if I needed any help. I explained for what I was looking, showing him on one of their snowblowers and he immediately made my problem his problem and went to work putting bringing all of his 60ish years (sorry if I'm wrong) of experience to bear. I was in and out of there within minutes, happy, prepared for my task at hand and encouraged that good service is a staple item here. I'll be back. :)"
