"The only thing stopping me from leaving a 1 star is the other employees have been very friendly. I just moved to the area and have stopped at this kroger a few times. The lady who was working the register today was rude and she said she works customer service. I used to work customer service and I never talked the way that she talked to me to any customer. Even when another employee told her to change the price. If you disagree with what a customer says there are different ways to go about acting especially in front of other customers. Mijer is closer to me anyway. I will pay the extra in price and go there from now on."
"Overall this is an amazing Kroger and is well stocked and has a great variety of products. The biggest issue is lack of cashiers and baggers, most registers are closed and the U-Scans have super long lines and are frequently broken. I know employments for hourly work is difficult right now but it’s very inconvenient and we end up doing delivery due to this."
"Never any staff. Good luck checking out. Often one person at self checkout for the entire front of the store. There are never any lanes open so even if you are buying a cart load of groceries you have to use self check. Not enough room to bag items and you are constantly fighting the scanner which will make you get an employee for simply purchasing too many items."
"Debbie! Who normally doesn’t do the florist counter was Amazing!! I came in today 8-5-23 around 1:30ish and she was the very best ! So kind , helpful and just all around a great person. I got lucky they had the sweet 16 balloons I have been looking for! She came over and instantly was so helpful. Made sure I was able to get all of them in my car . Even asked if I had my keys out and was ready to go! I appreciate your kindness so much! I highly recommend this Kroger . And if you see Debbie in produce know , you are around a great person who cares . Thank you again!! Love Ashley"
