"I spent $950 with you and you guys fixed the wrong part, my left rear tire still wobbles. I don't believe I'll be revisiting your establishment ever again. When I explained to the lady that it wasn't the front left it was supposed to be the back left, her reply back to me was maybe the technician might have seen something wrong with the front tire wheel bearing. I told her no it wasn't because I inspect my mower before I sent it in and when she read her notes back to me she forgot to tell him if it's the front or the back but when you're driving it you can see the back wheel wobbles maybe your technicians should learn to look a little closer when he's inspecting the machine. So I paid for something I didn't need fixed and now I'm sure if I was to bring it back to you you'd make me pay for parts and labor that should have been fixed the first time. I lost wages the first two times that I did the drop off and pick up. So no thanks I don't believe you can help."
