"I went to Home Depot on 2/24/2023 and they refused to help me purchase cinder blocks from the garden area. They had a few people cleaning up in that area and would not help me when I asked, my only option was to sit around for 2 hours until they re-opened the area. Horrible customer service. Spoke with people from the garden center and customer service desk, both equally useless."
"In & out was my goal, as I needed more dirt for my garden and daylight was slipping away. With the help of a wonderful employee named Erika, I was done in record time! She found a cardboard liner for the cart so the moisture from the afternoon's rain wouldn't transfer to my car, then she helped my load my cart, whisked me through checkout quickly and even accompanied me to my car and loaded my ten bags of garden soil into my trunk for me. Very happy with this outstanding customer service - thanks!"
