"Bought a refrigerator there in august. The third party delivery people destroyed the walls in my kitchen. Getting my old refrigerator out and did not set up my new refrigerator at all. So I had a call to have somebody actually set it up. Then I've been having issues ever since and I keep getting the run around. I dealt with three managers there and everybody says they're doing something yet nothing happens. Bought from the howell store. Worst experience i've had in my entire life."
"I think it's really amazing these days when we can find someone who really knows what they're talking about there's a plethora of people at this location that I can sing and almost every department that we've worked with anyway there's always somebody there to depend on someone who knows that their stuff and someone that we're going to seek out when we come back we absolutely love this location"
"I dropped in this location on the way home the other day and was pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff was. They all greeted me as I passed by or asked if I needed any help. I only needed a couple common items so they were easy to find and I was in and out of the store in a couple minutes."
"Was helped by 3 amazing employees, first of whom I think her name was Shelly, she and lori helped me look for everything I needed! Props to them because i wouldn't have had the patience to look for something by myself for 30 plus minutes. A real dynamic dou! And finally a cashier Ethan who was the kindest generous individual I had the pleasure of meeting, he delivered what I consider to be the best customer service one could possibly recieve in this establishment, would absolutely come back again knowing those 3 work there!"
