"Rating poorly because my husband came in to get in store credit from an item that was purchased at location that was under 12 dollars and he had bought it within 30 days and unfortunately didn’t have the receipt or box and was told he can’t return it because he wasn’t a member. Tractor supply’s return policy specifically states that even without being a member, without the receipt or packing you can take it back if it’s within 30 days. So beware and keep in mind incase you might have to return something. The manager claims you must be a member in order to ever return something."
"I have to say, I will not shop anywhere else! I had a problem with a zero turn mower and the manufacturer was not helpful at all. Curt, the manager, took his time and handled my situation perfectly and promptly! He went out if his way to make sure I was happy and accommodated! He even spent time after hours making sure I was taken care of! He stayed on top of everything the whole way and I appreciate his time and effort! Curt got me into a new zero turn and I couldn’t be happier! If I could leave 6 stars, I would! Thanks again Curt!"
"I have two Siberian Huskies and recently learned that they have a dog bath station. For $10 each you can wash, dry, and brush them. It is a really great service they offer"
