"Been here more than a dozen times since it opened. Easy in and out, found what I needed and the employees are friendly and helpful. I haven't had a poor experience. Is it concierge level service, no, but I'm not expecting that from them, I expect that from very high end boutiques. This is DG, their customer service is great, especially when they don't have a lot of staff there and employees are wearing multiple hats!"

"I have not been in there, only driven by, so cant rate the store inside...but it moved into what was a walgreen's and they couldnt even scrub the wall & paint a fresh coat before putting up the new sign? You can see a dirty outline of "walgreens" behind the Dollar general sign. I think that kind of sets the tone for quality & looking good for the community they moved into. (or lack of)"

"My 9 year old son and I just went there to check out the new store, we didn’t need to buy anything. We wandered around for a few minutes, seeing what they had, and it seemed clean and nice enough. On our way out, a man came rushing up and asked, “are you ready to check out?” We had nothing in our hands and were headed out the door. I said, “no, we’re leaving.” He followed us out and hovered close by as we got into our car, pretending to play with his phone. He hung around until we pulled away, and then finally went back inside. I asked my son, “do you think he thinks we stole something?” My 9 year old said, “yes!” Even my kid caught that vibe. Such a turnoff. People can go into stores and leave without buying something. We were just checking out the store, I don’t think we acted suspicious in any way. On our way home, my son told me that next time, let’s just go to Dollar Tree instead. I have to agree, I don’t think we’ll be going back to this place anytime soon. Everything they carry, I can get elsewhere."
