"This last visit was just for a regular oil change and they did the complete “WORKS” change which I really like because they check so much of the vehicle that way and let me know how it is doing. I have to especially thank Auto Park Ford, we have bought 2 vehicles from them now and each time, they have more or less bent over backwards for us but didn’t try to pressure us like some dealers do, it is a relaxed atmosphere there which for a person like myself, is very nice to work with. I also have to say that I really appreciate how well of service I get at the service department, I have to drive about 40 minutes to get to them from where I live and I know there are other Ford dealers far closer to me that I’m sure are very good dealers too, but we have just had such good help and service at Auto Park Ford that as long as we live here, I will continue to take our vehicles back to them and continue to purchase our new vehicles from them, I just really don’t have anything remotely wrong to say about them and highly highly recommend others to give them a try. "Amazing dealership considering the state of dealerships these days. I randomly came across a listing on Autotrader and it was the only one listing Ford Raptor under MSRP (out of hundreds nationwide). I quickly jumped on it and called them up. The purchasing process was made so easy (no mark-ups, no hidden fees, no hidden packages, not even a sales pitch for extended warranties!) a few times I thought I was being scammed! In my opinion, the purchasing process was easier and faster than purchasing Tesla. Financing rates started high, but they are willing to beat anyone else you can find. As an out of state purchase, they were awesome in arranging a pickup for me from ORD. When I arrived the vehicle was cleaned, polished, filled to full and ready for me to go. Jon (the General Manager) went with me on my inaugural drive to make sure I knew how to use everything and off I went on a 12 hour solo road trip. To the people of La Porte, dont take dealerships like these for granted. The upfront pricing, the honesty, and the ease will definitely have me wondering back in the future. I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”.
