"I realized today why we go to O'reilly. Called yesterday to order a part and they could get it faster than the competitor, and the counter guy said, " O will definately be in by noon. Well, here it is 5 hours later and still no part. I called once, a lady answered the phone said she would call me back once she tracked it. 3 hrs later no call, I had to call again. I called yet AGAIN, and still no part, and no explanation as to why or where my part may be or when I may get it. NEVER AGAIN"

"Worse service ever! This guy has an attitude and shouldn't be working behind a counter. The incompetant employee stated he couldn't return the seal due to it being installed... seal was NEVER installed....anyone with any type of automobile knowledge would know the seal would be destroyed during removal. If they gave me the right part it would have fit and I wouldn't be returning it!! Keep your $10 seal and I will go get it from O'Reilly."
