"Bob was great! Headed in from Chicago for a weekend when a part on the boat failed middled of the lake. Got to New Buffalo and Serive 1 marina was the only place that had the part. (Rocker switch for trimtabs). Bob even drove it out to the marina for us since we had no car. Call them first"

"Had an issue previously with a worker who hit my car but Bob took care of it! The guy didn’t actually really work there was just borrowing a truck and no longer is there because of that. Bob was super nice and handled the situation professionally, He cares about his work and business and was shocked at what happened. But I recommend service one and Bob he’s a super nice guy like I said handled everything really well and took care of it all! Thank you Bob!"
