"Called and spoke with Allen. Explain I just bought a car and was having some issues with a sound while driving, no lights on. Not sure. He told me to come in and he would take it for a drive. Made an apt for the next day. When I went in He plugged me up to a machine and no codes ran, he told me there was nothing wrong with it and sent me on my way. Told me to wait until a light pop ups on the dash and then I can figure out what’s going on. Like what ?!? I wasted my time and hopes on this auto shop. I would not recommend. Made me feel like I was a bother and didn’t want to deal with me I would assume if someone is telling you the issue is while driving , you would take it for a test drive, right ?? Very disappointed."

"3,300 ago they put in a brake light switch which failed. I went back and they said they didn't have time to replace it. I said it only took you 5 min to put it in the first time and they refused. It cost me $139.00. We had words and I said you will never see my business again And NO! the new owners are NOT! amazing. Greg would not have done this to me. I need this car for work. Right now its at a reputable auto repair."
