"Westland sales is one of the few companies around that actually care about their customers after the sale. My washer stopped working shortly after the warranty ended. So I called customer support, and Gary T was very helpful. Within a few minutes, he figured out what was wrong and what parts were needed to fix the washer. The best part of it all, is that Gary T. Was able to get the parts covered by the warranty. A few days later, the parts showed up with detailed instructions. Gary gave me the number to reach him directly, just in case I had any problems installing the new parts. This has been the best experience all the way around. I will definitely buy other products from this company. Thanks again Gary T."
"I was a temporary employee from 06-18-2018 to 01-07-2020. Those considering employment here reconsider. You will never get a raise. Paid Time Off is a myth. And if you're a minute late they'll dock you an hour pay. They do not care about their employees and will make every attempt to inhibit upward mobility."
