"Terrible customer service. I called 4 times today and talked to 4 different people just for a quote. Kept being told that I would have it in a few minutes but I still have no quote and I have been calling since they opened this morning. Im not calling a fifth time and I’m not using them for any service. I called ARIE NOL on 52nd street and was given a quote in about 5 minutes while on the phone with the technician. Don’t use tuffy because there are way better shops in the area."

"Only place I bring my 2000 Jeep Wrangler for general maintenance. Most parts are still original and are challenging to remove. Steve and his team do a great job, keeping my baby trail ready. I know it's not easy for them, and they probably don't like seeing her in the lot when they arrive Monday mornings. Yet none the less they get the job done and I am a happy with the work they performed. I may get an earful when picking her up, but its we'll worth it...lol.......thank you for another job well done and please thank the crew, It is appreciated."
