"I have brought various vehicles to dykstra's a total of 3 times, the first time I didn't end up having the work done, just diagnosis. No problems then but the last 2 time I've gone here they've given me very few good things to say. I brought my 2014 ram in to have a squeak fixed and an oil leak fixed after having the work done the squeak came back after 3 months and in 6 months the truck collapsed a lifter which wrecked the cam. Come to find out the truck was 2 quarts low on oil and only 200 miles past oil change time. Then I brought it back and had them diagnose it, they wouldn't pull the engine apart to look into and just told me to replace the motor. The old guy that works the front desk will quickly get upset with you over the smallest things. I asked for a clarification about the price I was being charged and he started getting snippy with me. I asked if they had considered they cause the low oil which led to the collapsed lifter and he got upset about that, not to mention the first time I brought my truck in he was quick to tell me how dumb ram trucks are. Overall if you know nothing about cars you may be fine going here, you're probably not getting the best bang for your buck but I may get done but if you know anything about cars. Find some where else and avoid talking to the old dude at the desk."

"Great experience. Needed a brake job on my wife’s car. Scheduled via the online portal, they called and confirmed timing and the issue to investigate. Dropped the car off at night using the convenient drop box. The next day they called and reviewed pricing options and had the car ready later that day. Pick up was a snap and they were friendly and courteous. Very trustworthy people. Highly recommend."
