"I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is beyond shady how they can work with state farm and total your vehicle without any outside source even looking at it. They didnt have to even provide proof of the frame damage! And state farm wouldnt question their "expert" opinion when its some 20 year old girl with no mechanical experience. First they told me my truck would be fixed in a month or so as soon as state farm approved the estimate and then they decided to put possible frame damage on the bill im guessing just because they decided it wasn't worth their time to fix it. Never ever allow your vehicle to go to gerber collision!!!"
"Gerber Collision in Newaygo is the best!! I always bring my repair work to them because they do an outstanding job. Today I had a minor repair less then $50. The manager took my truck in and did the repair himself while I waited, less than 15 minutes, and did not charge me a dime:) This is customer service at it's best!! They will continue to get all my repair work in the future for sure:) Thanks Gerber Collision!!"
