Bad communication Bad prioritizing Bad work ethics Ok repairs for expensive area If you are told they’ll “get to it by end of week” expect them to NOT TELL their “secretary” about it. Hence “you’re not scheduled in the appointment” Altho you were told “ya drop it off and it’ll be done by end of week” And when calling to inquire status of said “done by end of week” 1 day prior to end of week told “we’ll squeeze it in over every one and bill you for being on the hoist” bc it’s somehow your fault for their errors. Interesting business tactics #not"
