Not necessarily O’Reilly’s fault but employee could have said let me help this customer that had been waiting. Walked out and bought my part next door."

"Called in a Sunday to get a part. Was told it could be in on Monday. Apparently a driver forgot the part on Monday. They said no problem it could be there by 4:30. It wasn't. They said that it would be there the next morning. No phone call no response. No nothing. When approached, Gary's excuse was"it was busy". Had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get a part that I probably could have got easily have gotten somewhere else. I gave Gary an opportunity to make it right, instead he chose to do nothing. Hopefully you never spend money at the store."
