"I usually do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share our recent experience at Dr. Bruhn's dental practice. While we understand that dental procedures can be difficult for both the patient and the practitioner, we were taken aback by the manner in which our son was treated during his last visit. After undergoing a tooth extraction, which can be quite distressing for a child, he was reprimanded for showing his discomfort and crying. This response from Dr. Bruhn was unsympathetic and, frankly, inappropriate for a pediatric patient experiencing pain. Dr. Bruhn told our son that, quote, "it was inappropriate behavior" for his crying. A dentist's office, especially one that serves children, should be a place of compassion and understanding. It's essential for healthcare professionals to provide not only skilled treatment but also emotional support, particularly to their younger patients. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations, which is disheartening. We hope this feedback is taken constructively and that patient care, especially in terms of emotional support, is improved for future patients, but we will not be returning to this office."

"I have been going to Dr. Bruhn's office since I was a toddler! I see Barb the hygienist every time I go there. I have a dentist phobia and she makes me feel a little bit more at ease. They always offer me the "laughing gas" and keep talking throughout the cleaning/procedure process. I am not scared to tell them when it is painful or uncomfortable. Both Barb and Dr. Bruhn go above and beyond to make sure you're as comfortable as they can make you. Marcie at the front desk is great and is always so kind and prompt to reply to any emails you send her. Getting cavities filled isn't even a stressful situation for me anymore because of how gentle and professional Barb (Dr Bruhn's assistant) and Dr. Bruhn are. He explains what he is doing and makes sure you are doing okay multiple times throughout the process. I LOVE this dentist office and I will be a patient until Dr. Bruhn and his team retire (I drive from GR to visit them)! Thank you Dr. Bruhn and team!! :)"

"I just moved to the area and had a dental emergency. On recommendation, I called up Dr. Bruhn's office. I've had some.. less-than-great experiences with dentists in the past and so am generally anxious at the dentist office. But no need here - The staff and Dr. Bruhn were great. This was the most any dentist had communicated with me about what was happening and why and what to expect as a result. The next day I had an issue with my bite (he'd said this might happen) and I called them up. I went back to their office literally as soon as I hung up the phone and he fixed it in 15 minutes. I'll definitely be back and absolutely recommend Dr. Bruhn."

He gives you his full attention and really does make it a painless experience.We have been under his care for many years! since he first went into practice!"
