"I was referred here for my son, but his regular dentist. They sent all of his xrays and info over, but this dentist didn't even look at it. They took more xrays and charged me for them. I had to take my child out of school for an entire day and miss am entire day of work myself to go here because it is 2 hours from home, only for them to take new xrays and tell me they will call later with a cost and to set up an appointment for treatment. In the meantime, my 8 year old is living with pain because they did nothing for him after waiting 2 months for this first appointment."

"Switching to Smile was the best choice for our whole family! They have the right people to make everyone from our littlest to the grown ups feel comfortable and taken care of. Our 9 year old isn't afraid, and actually LOVES going to the dentist because Dr. Jones is amazing! Dr. Necum is wonderful with our teens- having the right upbeat attitude and lingo to speak to them. As an adult, I felt heard, cared for, but not swindled like other dental practices. I'm told about real issues, and the most effective ways to handle them, without trying to be sold a bunch of things I don't need. Michelle, my hygienist, is so sweet. She is able to have fun conversations, while staying on task and efficient. It was so nice for this Mama to have friendly chitchat for once! They are upfront and honest about costs, and understanding when we express concerns. The facility is top-notch and my kids love the Little Smiles area! We couldn't be more pleased with the care we receive from Smile Dental Partners in Grand Haven!!!"

"I used to love this place! years ago they were AMAZING, like I would brag to anyone that would listen about the way everyone made me feel. Now it’s just gone downhill with a lot of turnover the last couple years. I had a new hygienist today who I’ve never seen. It was awkward, I felt very anxious and really didn’t like the way she cleaned my teeth. I’ve always gotten the nitros in the past bc I get so anxious having my teeth worked on (and I know it’s in my chart) she didn’t ask about it or offer it. I just felt like I was a burden so I didn’t say much of anything. I miss the 2015-2019 era, I stayed because of Brooke, but when she left I didn’t come back for about a year, I’ve tried to return for a 3rd time now hoping it’s better again but it’s not. The front desk person was super great and gave me the vibes I used to get. They were also really great about working with me to reschedule my sons appointment because he had a field trip that he didn’t want to miss."

"Shelby was amazing with Laila’s exam. She walked her through everything and talked to her about what she was doing and even let her touch and examine all the tools Dr Brown was amazing too. The staff at ALL of the smile centers are amazing!!! Thank you for making us all feel comfortable and relaxing and truly caring about us!"
