While riding the bus, blatant disregard for persons on bus and speaking loudly over the open radio for driver to pass msg on to customer.... .Customer service is customer service...just because dispatch persons are sitting in some office in a remote location in no way gives them the authority to be rude....really, that behavior is allowed?"
