She understood that these were nonetheless big decisions that we would have to live with for a very long time, and was personable, patient, and professional every step of the way throughout many in-person consultations and email exchanges. She also kept us apprised of the status of our order and inspected replaced items to ensure that the workmanship met her own high standards before releasing them to us. Kelsey is detail-oriented and has common sense and common courtesy, which in our experience isn't very common anymore!"

"I would not recommend Standard Kitchens for any of your kitchen or bathroom products. The post-sale customer service is terrible, and they do not honor or stand by their warranties. We purchased new cabinets and quartz countertops for a vacation home that is rarely used. Not long after installation we noticed a hairline crack about 8” long in our countertop. I met technicians to take pictures and troubleshoot the issue. Even after discussion with them agreeing it was most likely a preexisting condition in the countertop when it was installed, they would not stand by their lifetime warranty I was sold on. I can 100% guarantee this issue was not caused by any misuse or negligence. If you care about warranty and after the sale service avoid Standard Kitchens at all costs- they do not stand by their products."
