"RUDE dispatchers, but the bus drivers are always polite. Do better “desk people”. It is not your place to question patrons why or remark, “you know you’re going to be late”; schedule the ride and say, “have a nice day”, it’s as simple as that!"

"Personally I have a vehicle, but many people use Dial-a-Ride to and from my home. Ive never seen the drivers be later than 5 mins, and the drivers are so friendly and extremely helpful. Expecially curtious with handicapped persons. Weather conditions seem to not deter the drivers in their service they are as promt as they can be and just as helpful! I wouldnt hesitate to call if and when I should need a ride!"

"Dispatch can be very rude. I use dial a ride quite often for work and I'm almost always met with an unnecessarily rude tone. It makes me uncomfortable anytime I have to call because they can be very unprofessional and at times. Not to mention the bus driver getting a complete additude with me, because he didn't know where he was going and got lost."

"They get one star because there is a lady in the office who is very nice and their drivers are nice. But other than them that place is horrible to deal with. They are rude, and almost like they go out of their way to make you feel guilty about needing a ride. Never accurate on times either. If you have the option to take another service I'd definitely take it."
