"Linke Body Shop to the rescue! After a very long and frustrating ordeal with my dealers service Linke’s made it all right. I was told by a dealer my frame got bent. And need a frame shoot to fix my nearly new 2022 Jeep Gladiator. After searching for help, Links replaces my fender and took a look at the frame as the also found it unlikely that this small of an impact ( barley broke my fender light) would bend my frame. They re-aligned my steering and fixed the problem! No bent frame, that I could of spent thousand trying to fix. Thank you Links for going about and beyond replacing my fender!"

"They are a friendly bunch and their work is quality, however, they're overly beaurocratic policies don't work for customers, they work for Linkes. I took my truck in for an accident paint job repair and they refused to paint it because they felt there was a manufacturing flaw in the paint job causing the paint to peel excessively, so they wanted me to add 300 bucks extra for an entirely new bumper. Their concern was that their paint job wasn't going to adhere because the bumper was not primed correctly (mind you, it's a 2016 and has had no issues prior). I told them to send me pictures of the part of the bumper that was peeling, and they sent me the sanded down part of the bumper that was affected by accident, and I could see that the paint was laminated and successfully adhering at the margins of the sand job. What appeared to be delaminating was the back side of the bumper at the mounting brackets; this is not primed by the manufacturer, as it is a non-critical surface area. If you read Toyota specs, the primed areas are, at minimal, 3 inches from the top of the bumper down the back. The rest of the bumper is not primed. The reason the entire bumper is painted, is because it's cheaper for Toyota to send the entire bumper down the paint line rather than spend the time and overhead to tape it off. The absence of, and the delamination of, paint in these areas does not hold bearing to the function or aesthetics of the bumper. How do I know? I was a jr engineer for Shape Corp in Grand Haven, MI for 10 years who specifically stamps and paints bumpers for Toyota. I argued my point with Linkes, but they wouldn't take my professional opinion and deviate from policy. I was so confident in my knowledge that I even told them it's OK to not provide warranty to the paint job, they still refused the job unless I replace the entire bumper. I had no other choice as it took me 4 months to get it in, so a 3 day job turned into 7 days; they were kind enough to cover my weekend car rental as the bumper didn't arrive on time, but still... I'm out several hundreds of dollars so they can protect THEIR time and interest. And I know I'm female, but I do have an engineering degree and over 10 years in automanufacturing, specifically bumpers and paint specs. If I, or my insurance, says to just paint the spot where the accident violated the paint job then paint it, we dont care about the rest of the bumper. They caused me more harm and damage from an accident that wasn't even my fault."

"0 STARS!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME STRESS! I can NOT stress how HORRIBLE this place is! The manager is honestly the RUDEST PERSON I have EVER met!! 1. They would tell me that my car was ready and when to come and pick it up. When I went there, Nope its not ready. And they NEVER apologized!! 2. They called me on my work phone during work!!!! And they DEMANDED that I pay them because I was holding their check. Which was true because THE OWNERS WIFE told me that it was fine if I held it until the car was done, so I did just that. 3. He was SO RUDE that he made me start to shake, and I was sick to my stomach I had to take something to calm myself!!! 4. He claimed that I held the check because I didn't trust him, and he said that he wasn't going to fall for that 'again', he ordered a decal to put on the car and he says that once we bring the car back to have the decal be put on he will keep it until we pay him! 5. He ordered the decal without asking us, and now EXPECTS us to pay it!?!?! WHY?!?!? He ordered it without asking and now treats me like this?!? He can keep his sticker!!!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!"
