"After waiting about 5 months for the car to come in, my wife got a brand new 2022 Highlander (also from Fernelius) and then a deer ran in front of her 1 month after we got the car. It needed a whole new front end. Josh was great. He worked with my insurance company to get the financials squared away and stayed in close contact with me through the 2 weeks my car was in the shop. The communication was great. I spoke with Josh a couple times while the car was in the shop, and he was always more than willing to answer any questions I had. With the car being brand new, of course we were worried that after being repaired it wouldn't look "new" and that we might be able to tell that there had been work done. I was extremely satisfied when we picked the car up. It literally looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Big thanks to all of the guys behind the scenes that worked on the car. I also have a 2017 300S that has some minor damage, and I will be going back here soon to have work done on that as well. I am not sure of the cost here compared to other body shops in the area, but if you want it done right, and with great customer service, I definitely recommend dealing with Josh and his team at Fernelius."
