"I decided to write a review here after I had a great experience purchasing boots here for my fiancé. Typically high end clothing/accessories stores feel intimidating to go into, whether you have $ or not. You think you are expected to purchase anything you look at. Well that couldn't of been farther from the truth here, the sales associates were great, and brought out lots of shoes for my fiancé to try and actually recommended things she liked vs just the most expensive shoes there. They answered all the questions, seemed to be very focused on just making sure my fiancé was extremely happy more than anything. These are not cheap shoes, and you expect higher customer service because of that. I feel we received that. I'd happily stop in again for future presents :D, thanks again!"
"Do not walk in here! The workers are nice to you when you buy a pair of shoes but try and return the shoe you didn’t wear!!??? And they are very rude!!! When they sell you the shoe they tell you to try it on at home first and see if you like it but don’t do that because once you walk on the shoe in just your closet alone they won’t take it back. My shoe was worn for a few minutes!!! Let me tell you once you get out of that place they won’t take it back the return policy is a lie! They sell you the shoe but they won’t take them back! My shoe wasn’t worn! Doesn’t look worn and they don’t take them back if you change your mind!"
