"I bought an Gazelle ebike from them just a week ago. They had to order in the color I wanted. It only took a few days and it was ready. After a few days it started making a noise. I call them up and dropped it off. Seems one of the disc brake pads in front was bad. They fixed it that day! Amazing service Thanks to Brent the mechanic, Sandy and Brad in sales. "Top Tier West Michigan Bike Shop. I've had my bike into Velo for service a couple of times and I recently purchased a new mountain bike from them. Sandy, Nate, and Scott were all awesome in helping me pick out the right size in the bike I was interested in. The new bike was perfectly tuned for my first ride. Regarding service, I had a heck of a time getting a trainer tire on my indoor bike, but Velo got it on and had me checked out within 10 minutes of bringing it in. You simply cannot beat that level of service. I could have bought a new bike anywhere in the area and there are many choices, but the reasons above plus Velo's involvement in the community are why I'm happy to spend my money here. Thank you to the entire Velo team! I look forward to seeing you on two wheels."

"Super happy with the service I got today - bike had two flats and I thought I would drop it off and pick it up next week sometime. Astonishingly, I got a call in 30 minutes that the work was done - and on a very busy Saturday afternoon. My son was happily back on the road to enjoy this beautiful day. Everyone at the shop was friendly and masked up. I'm not "into" bikes, but if you are, I bet they can hook you up."

"My husband surprised me with a "Bike in a Box" for Mother's Day which essentially gives you the push to go in and be matched up with the bike to suit your needs! Brad worked with me for about 45 minutes walking me through my options once we narrowed down HOW I would be using my bike. He also helped me choose a new helmet, which fits like a dream! I took this beauty out for a spin, and it was love at first ride. :) Rode it home the 5 miles from Velo in about 40 degree wind chill with a significant headwind, because that's what you do with a new bike, right?! Ride it home! The beauty of shopping local. :) We have shopped (and rode) with Velo for years and will absolutely continue to do so. Thanks for the service to your customers and community!"

"If I could vote 10 stars I would. I purchased 2 bikes about 10 years ago from this place. Bikes are still perfect and amazing. Took bikes out for first time this year. Inflated tires, rode a couple miles. Came back and front tire is flat. I took it off bright it in and the guy fixed it right away. He said no charge, he believed the tube was defective. Amazing.
