"I booked the Coconut Milk and Honey Sugar Glow a week in advance and I had to prepay through PayPal. When I arrived, the place looked like it wasn't open. There is some space that seemed to be for parking in the back but I wasn't sure as there were no other cars parked there. I parked and called the phone number on the website just to make sure I was fine parking where I was. When I called, I noticed that the phone number seemed to be disconnected. I got out of the car and walked up to the back door, which was padlocked, and rang the ring doorbell. No one answered. I walked around to the front door and found that it was also locked and there was a sign saying to use the back door. I went back around to the back and tried to ring the ring doorbell again. No answer. I tried calling the number on the website again and it did not go through. I am honestly very disappointed. All the reviews I saw were great but it seems apparent that this place is out of business. If that is the case, they should probably take down the website so that people, like myself, aren't charged for services that are not going to be provided."

"I was gifted a gift-certificate for my birthday and I ended up getting a massage. Needless to say it was an overall great experience. The atmosphere is super relaxing and the service is outstanding! I will be returning."

"I liked my experience here when I went. My daughter and I had booked a pedicure and she got a fill in. The facility is very clean and inviting. I wanted to come back and have more services, but she never got back to me. This seems more like a place for already established clients more so than new ones coming in. It is priced higher than your typical nail services but it's cleaner. It doesn't really give me spa culture, it's more relaxed and casual. I can't really elaborate on too much more simply because I didn't get a chance to Indulge in any other services. I will say be patient because as you know no one wants to work anymore so the people that are working are working harder (I can only assume). All in all, I probably won't return but I'm sure the established clients are very happy."
