The comment was rude and left me questioning the quality of customer service."
"I’ve shopped here a hand full of times and the shirts were fine. I bought a shirt 2 weeks ago and I was instructed to wash it on cold (I normally dry clean them but figured I’d take the recommendation). After one wash the short had an odd deformation. I assumed keeping happy customers in house was key here since their shirts are not cheap, so I figured they would allow me to swap it out for the same shirt, since it’s been such a short amount of time and it was washed one time, per the stores instructions. They immediately told me that since I washed it, they cannot swap it out and l’m stuck with a $90 shirt I wore one time. Last time shopping here."
