"I can count on Eddie Bauer having my size, tall large and fitted! Found a beautiful down winter jacket with a hoodie, it has kept me warm and comfortable, especially with the extra length on the body and sleeves. I also own two spring/rain jackets, which are just as nice and fitted."
"I am disappointed in the Saturday hours of this store. The rest of the mall is open until 9. Silly me for assuming that the Eddie Bauer store in the mall would also be open until 9 on Saturday. I showed up at 7:15 p.m. to exchange a lantern I had purchased online that was shipped to me broken. The employee at the store was just closing the doors as I arrived and didn't ask what I needed or offered me the hours to come back. Just said, we're closed locked up and walked away. I drove a half hour to get to the store only to exchange their faulty product. Just surprised that during the holiday season, they close at 7 on a Saturday."
"I've never had such a great and consistent experience with a store ever! The staff here are always really friendly and helpful and are easy to work with. This is my only outdoor clothing store. I wish I could become sponsored as I own just about every piece of their First Ascent clothing line from this store!"
