"Today was the first time I paid a visit to this Salon. Upon entry the staff seemed more annoyed that a customer's came in instead of saying hello, welcome , how can I help you? I told them I needed shellac removed from my finger nails. I sat and waited and 10 minutes later they directed me to a station. The nail technician barely acknowledged my existence just grabbed my hand and used her electric drummel to remove the shellac. At one point I flinched and the technician stated “you need to relax “ my response was “it’s difficult to relax when you are causing discomfort “. She proceeded to scrape away at my nail bed in a rough manner. She never buffed my nail bed at all and left the nails very rough. I needed to wash my hands and I asked where the sink was and she abruptly pointed. I paid for the service with no tip and did tell the technician how rude and rough she was….she offered no apologies for her actions. I would stay far away from this salon. The staff is rude and there is no customer service . I will drive the extra distance to go to another salon."

"Went in today around 12pm. From the get go the guy was rude, but I went in and looked at the colors, after I picked my color and was just browsing, I picked up another sampler to look at and the guy turned around and yelled at me! He said to put it down because “those are acrylic” only! I didn’t want those styles I was just looking! So, if you want to get yelled at for looking by all Means go there and browse. I will never go back they are so rude!"

"I've been a customer since Crystal Nails opened. I moved quite a ways away four years ago but I make the trip there at least once a month. The drive is worth it! You'll never find a nail salon and spa with better customer service and better quality services. My fingernails and toenails are beautiful and done perfectly every single time! "Had an appointment and sat there for an hour to get multiple nails fixed because of them. This is the second time I’ve had to get my nails fixed because the gel wasn’t dry all the way and they bubbled and peeled after like two days. Ended up leaving because they didn’t acknowledge that I had an appointment."

"No stars received Overlay HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO DISAPPOINTED I SPENT $53 FOR WHAT? THE LADY GOT MAD I ASKED ABOUT WHAT I GOT. THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK FOR A TIP. WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER I WAS LOOKED AT LIKE I WAS CRAZY. I didn't cause a scene or anything, I respectfully got up and left. Crystal nails, please reach out and at least offer a free next visit service or return my money. Thank you. The next day (second set of photos), my nails got worse, and I felt like the gel was suffocating my fingers, and it's painful!! This made me so emotional, I cried. I was only trying to do something nice for myself, and this is what I got."
