"I just went through the drive-through and ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. It took five minutes to come out, the dude at the drive-through was on his cellphone the entire time talking to his friend When I got it, there was lettuce in the bag and the bagel had been pressed down like a Panini. I tried to call and ask them what was up but their phone is disconnected."

"Asked for a dausage double egg and cheese sandwich. Got bacon, asked for a Boston creme, got a regular donut, asked for a large black coffee, should be easy just pour coffee and do nothing to it right? Nah tastes like a milkshake straight from a cow. There phone number doesn't work. Let's see if they refund me in 8 hours after work or not."

"I'm trying to think of the word to describe this Sunday morning fiasco. There were only two of us inside and I waited 30 minutes for a cold coffee and one muffin. The other gentleman waited for a hot chocolate, and a box of donuts for his church. I counted at least 5 employees behind the counter all working the drive through window and one employee filling a very large order for at least 12 boxes of donuts. I almost left but the disorganization was amazing to me. I asked if there was any way the worker making the large order could help us because we had very small orders and then go back to the large donut order and the worker said, " You'll just have to wait! That's why the lobby is closed!" Wait what??? He was the one that unlocked the door to the lobby when we walked up. Needless to say that was a waste of money and time. The people picking up the large order of donuts walked in and walked out with their donuts as we stood there. Totally disappointed."

"This place is a joke. They pick and chose when they feel like they wanna make food (wich is almost never). They always have this 1 poor girl working alone. When u call they Literally just chose not to answer, to minimize responsibility. The owner needs to get this spot together! Was forced to order from Starbucks."
