"My wife had to reschedule an appointment and they charged her $25 for a no show. An understandable policy, except we called multiple times to cancel and they didn't answer. My wife and I called multiple times in the days leading up to the appointment, no answer. I left a voicemail the morning of the appointment, no answer, no reply. My wife rescheduled for the next week and explained the situation, they said we tried to cancel too late. Wouldn't refund the charge and wouldn't credit the haircut. I understand a late cancellation policy, but when people call to cancel and you don't answer or call them back, that's on the business, not the customer. Pros: my wife says they give a fine haircut."
"I love getting my hair done at Beautiful Luxe Hair Company. Each stylist that I've booked with is always prompt and does an excellent job. I especially love Tiffany and Madison. I always receive so many complements after I leave the salon."
"They are not extremely helpful/professional . I have tried to communicate with them on separate occasions/issues via fb messenger and response times are erratic. They had a stylist who provided a loc style who is no longer with them and refused to assist with removal. Sent me to You-Tube as if that was an appropriate alternative. I once was interested in a particular color service which i wasn’t certain if they provided…. i had asked once while i was in the salon and my stylist stated that she did and that she would speak with the manager but i never noticed it changed on the menu. I just went elsewhere. They could have more business if they put in more effort."
"This company is totally unprofessional. I was exactly 19 minutes late. My appointment was canceled.. Then I was told that they charge when you are 10 minutes late for your appointment. 15 minutes late for your appointment and at 20 minutes. I guess they cancel.. in addition to this unprofessionalism by their receptionist they also have on their website that they do services such as stitch braids, which they don’t do. This company has no respect for their clients, and extremely rude and unprofessional."
