"Ordered delivery. Ordered 2 of the ion permanent darkest intense brown hair color. Only recieved 1. When I called customer service and told them of the situation. They called the store to see if they just ran out of it. Nope. They said the bag was filled with every item on the ticket. How stupid. Did you not see a number 2 next to one of the items on said ticket? So irritating and so disappointing. Take accountability. Absolutely ridiculous."
