"This salon took me last minute after an appointment made with a nearby salon was scheduled incorrectly. I was attempting to have a cut and color and it was going to be the first time at that salon. I was frustrated and unhappy I had taken time off to have my hair done only to be told I couldn't. Hazel and Rose Salon graciously worked me in after a phone call. I was scheduled with Lindy. I'm VERY picky about my hair and this has led to tears and lots of hair appointments. I have dark brown hair and do not want to look blonde and washed out. Getting my color correct has been somewhat a challenge for others (either too red, blonde, color looks brassy etc.). I'm in healthcare so my look needs to be professional and upkept. I was nervous but I also know I am hard on myself and how I look so I was thankful for the appointment and kept an open mind. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. Lindy was absolutely wonderful. My hair cut was perfect and the color....the color was (for the first time!) exactly as I imagined it should look. She looked at a few pictures and nailed it. My only complaint was that because I told her how reserved I am with my hair, she was cautious and careful to not overdo it. I was glad she didn't over color my hair but then realized after I was home for a week or two that I actually wanted much more color because it looked so natural and pretty. I scheduled another appointment knowing I can trust her fully to make me feel beautiful and will go nowhere else. If you are a picky hair person, Lindy is your woman. She is absolutely wonderful, is able to listen and create, and very well skilled at her career. THIS IS THE BEST SALON, look no further!"

"Every time I have come in to Hazel n Rose to get my hair done it’s always a great experience! The atmosphere is fun and professional and the staff members are always amazing. I have straight to slight wavy hair. I have seen other clients come in with type 3 and 4 curly hair and the hair dressers also do an amazing job with bleach, color, and styling their hair all while maintaining the hairs quality and health. From what I’ve seen the staff members have a great relationship with their clients and they all seem to leave happy and satisfied with their outcome. :) I have recommended this salon to my bestfriend and she now LOVES her hair and has said she will be going back for regular maintenance and touch-ups. I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone!!"

"Sarah E. That's who you want to do your hair. She's skilled, bright, and has great vision. I'm a little annoyed that she's so talented. I usually only do my hair once a year- a trim and balayage or something, stylist hopping. I've now been to her twice in 2 months because I finally had someone do not just what I thought I wanted, but what my hair actually needed. Overall the facility is great! Everyone is very kind, everything is very clean and well maintained, prices are very reasonable."
