"Turns out one bad egg can ruin it for everyone. I have nothing bad to say about the haircuts. I've been coming here every two weeks for over 12 years. I've never had a bad cut from anyone in the King's room. I have also never been spoken to the way I was on Friday my last visit. To speak to a customer the way I was spoken over something as stupid as where and how I signed in. Then punish me for not doing it her way. I was being treated as if I was cutting in line for her to get her first COVID shot... I can assure you I have no issues waiting my turn to get trimmed. Clearly "the customer is always right" doesn't apply to some. I have been coming here for so long that I have the cell number for management. After this mess went down and I made it back home "without my hair cut" I reached out via text directly to her in hopes of an apology for the way I was treated. Needless to say, I did not get a response. Unfortunately, I have witnessed her treating other customers in this same type of way."
