"I reached out to Elayne for a consultation as I had received a triangle piercing that I feared was too low (I was not receiving much stimulation from it). I was blown away by how quickly she responded, her level of professionalism, her expertise, and how much time she took answering my many questions. She truly went above and beyond. We had several back-and-forths via email, she looked at several photos of my piercing as well as a video, and even went as far as to share with me some slides from one of her teaching courses in response to my questions regarding proper placement of the piercing. Additionally, she marked arrows on some of the photos I sent to her to indicate where my piercing should have been placed in relation to where it was actually placed.
