"I had a great experience. Nice shop with great products. I showed Lisa what I wanted and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it!"
"I’ve had good experiences in the past but this time I was paired with a different stylist who cut my hair WAY shorter than I intended. I mainly wanted a fix from a bad haircut by a family friend that had blunt awkward layers. I also showed a picture of Nick Nelson’s two-block cut from season one of Heartstopper. What I got was an incredibly short close-to-the-head boyish cut with even shorter layers that I didn’t ask for and were not in the photo. It’s not flattering and will take a looong time to grow back out."

"Very disappointed. Went in to get a balayage and haircut and the stylist ruined my hair. I did not realize how messed up my hair was until i went to a stylist that is very knowledgeable with hair. The stylist was able to tell what grade of product was used on my hair and could describe in detail everything that was not done properly and where mistakes were made. Attempted to get some sort of monetary compensation and were unwilling to give me anything back. I had to pay $420 to fix their $150 mistake. I will never be going back to this place and i do not recommend it. The pictures show the mistakes that had to be fixed in all my hair."
