"I have been several Journeys shopping for boots. With rude racist workers at Twelve Oaks in Novi have terrible attitudes but this Journeys at Sommer set Mall in Troy Mi Excellent Excellent workers me and my daughter shop for boots, this manager name Steven have a beautiful personality also Diana they both help us. My daughter kinda picky picking out boots steven came from the back looking for the boots she wanted. I think he brought out six or seven pairs but nothing she like. But he had so much patience. Not one time he got furstrated. He was so kind. Diana help me with my boots too. Because I almost walked out without some boots. She went in the back found some boots I love. And I purchased them. These to employees you want to give them great recognition. That they deserve. Steven and Diana keep up with the good work"

"I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers online and they arrived yesterday. After trying them on a few times (around my house) I realized that I wasn't a big fan of them. I went to this location to return them but the sales associate would not offer me a refund. She said that the slippers appeared to be worn and had scuff marks on the bottom. I was also told that the slippers could not be resold because of this. She offered me store credit or an exchange. I had them for less than a day and wore them for maybe 5 minutes. Thankfully the Journey's in Oakland Mall gladly offered me a refund. Don't think I'll ever shop at this location ever again."

"I went in a few days ago to buy a pair of shoes. I work in a restaurant, so I needed a pair that was slip resistant. They didn't have any thing in my size, (the ones I tryed on were a half size too small.) So I had them order me a pair that were the right size. I was assured that they were slip resistant. Yesterday, they arrived, and were a full size SMALLER than the ones that I tried in store. I went in again today, and explained the situation. They didn't have anything in the same color, so I was forced to spend an extra on a more expensive style, one that I was told was slip resistant. When I got to work today, I was slipping around and almost fell multiple times. When I went back to the store, demanding a refund because I was lied to, I was told they can't because the shoes had been worn (for maybe two hours, I work in the same mall). I would have never bought them had I known they were not slip resistant. And now I am out 60 bucks, and stuck with a pair of shoes I can't even use."
