"Yesterday, I visited Aldo and left feeling quite let down. I frequently shop at this location, and every time I go, everyone greets me and asks if I needed help however, when I went yesterday, the store was completely empty, and the only employee there was a white woman with long black hair. She didn't say hello or ask if I needed assistance! That's really disappointing because if she was busy I would say it’s fine but when your not working you should be talking with customers to encourage them to make purchases. This is not how you should treat a customer. The first thing we do when greeting customers at the retail location where I work is to make them feel welcome."

"I purchased a pair of shoes from here I never wore the shoes outside of trying them on in the store. I wanted to return them and I was within my return period. I purchased the shoes as I returned them in the same condition. They told me they couldn’t return them because they “had creases in them” and there was no way they sold them to me like that. The customer service is horrible. They offered 0 solutions and the in store rep was very rude and was of no help. I’ve never ever been denied a return of a item in the same condition I purchased them. This store and company will never have my buisness again. Go to Macy’s or Nordstrom!"

"Ordered shoes for a gift!! Used the website!! 1st time they spent a conformation email that said the conformation number of order, 2 weeks later received a email that said there was problem with my credit card. I had no issues with that card ever and there was pleanty of money in the account to pay for the shoes. So I reordered the shoes, but this time was not given the buy one get one 50% deal. Called customers service. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes finally spoke with someone. She was kind enough to cancel the shoes then reorder them and give me the deal. When the shoes arrived they were the wrong shoes. These shoes were a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday. I was so upset and gave them anyway. The website is horrible and gives you options. I will be returning the shoes and will never purchase from the store again. My boyfriend as well who has spent lots of money over the years at aldo will no longer purchase shoes from the store as well due to the aggravation I went through. Horrible... very disappointed.."

"If there was a zero rating I would have definitely given it. I bought a pair of boots which had a zipper that dug into my skin and caused a wound. When I went to return the shoes the supervisor was rude and said that they wouldn’t refund my money. They said I could exchange it for something else. They almost never have my size in the shoes that I like. Instead of getting something I didn’t like and after being given such bad treatment at the store I returned with my home original boots. Will never return to that store again."

"First time I bought shoes in a while, and the customer service was A-1. She even cleaned my shoes before cashing me out. Awesome."
