"Absolutely the worst service experience today! 2 girls, seen me and one went in the back never came out. The other never gave eye contact, my son asked for a shoe she seemed dis interested or bothered...brought wrong sizes, she had to go back...no effort what so ever. Almost like I wasn't wanted there. Do they not get commission anymore? Went to Frontline, great service and bought a pair of Nike for my boy. Lost my service Footlocker."

"I was literally just there, and I asked nicely if we could return some shoes & Moe specifically said I couldn’t because I didn’t have the box, so yes since I’m younger I called my father and told him that I couldn’t return. so he called to tell them that we did just get those blah blah blah. she PROCCEED to tell my father to shut up and it’s not his buisness. blows my mind that footlocker has someone like that working for them. & Moe if your reading this you don’t deserve a customer service job whatso ever."

"Went into the store looking for real Tennis court shoes. After entering the store... the terrible music is the first thing you're greeted with. Then the staff looks at you like you're invading their space. No "Hello", "Hi".. "How can I help you".. "What brings you in today".. no greeting at all for 15 minutes I was in the store. Staff seems to be there to collect a paycheck.. and hang out with their friends. Well.. can't expect much when you hire kids.. as this is the up and coming generation. If you're looking to buy shoes from this location.. you're better off wearing socks."

"No customer service. My intention was to purchase basketball shoes. If you have never shopped at Foot Locker previously, all the shoe inventory is in the back. Any shoes that you wish to try on needs an employee to retrieve them for you. Their prices are little higher, but you expect a higher level of attention and service. NOT HERE! No interaction was initiated by the Foot Locker staff. 3 employees on staff. 5 customers in the small store. After walking through the store for 20 minutes and not being asked once if there was anything that we needed. We left and bought shoes at Shoe Carnival. Saved money."

"Didn't give a day and care to give friendly service. We had a girl worker by doing the very bare minimal customer service and several times, couldn't even find her to at least help us with the right side. Basically, had to hunt her down for our attention or any worker near by. Would not be spending any of money here!!! All, I want as a customer is at least a smile, if I'm going to be spending top dollars."
